He has over 30 years-experience in finance, investment and corporate advisory roles whilst working for various stockbroking firms as well as running his own independent corporate advisory business
He has been directly involved in numerous small-cap capital raisings, IPO’s and ‘back door’ ASX listings. He has also held directorships for a few small-cap ASX listed public companies.
Guy holds a Graduate Diploma of Finance & Investment from RMIT.
Richard Zee joined the Board in 2019.
He has over 30-years of experience in building businesses from the ground up. He was MD / CEO for 3 publicly listed companies, GM of a stockbroking firm and founder of a number of enterprises in Australia, Canada, SE-Asia and China.
With excellent presentation skills, strong business acumen and experience across disciplines and sectors, Richard is often sought after to advise or to lead inbound and outbound China investments.
Richard has roots as a geologist and holds Bachelor of Science (Hons) from Monash University.

Nino Lancette has been a director since 2019.
Nino has spent the past decade building products and companies in Australia and China. He helped launch and grow ventures in SaaS, gaming and professional services.
Nino founded Hypercurrent in 2019 shortly after returning from 6 years living and working in China. Nino started his career as a company auditor in a public accounting firm, in Australia.
Nino has a MBA (Tech) from UNSW. He also a Bachelor of International Finance (Accounting) from Griffith University.
